International Buddhist Studies College collaborated with DEVES Insurance Company.

International Buddhist Studies College collaborated with DEVES Insurance Company to deliver accident group insurance policies for all IBSC members.

The International Buddhist Studies College of MCU- delivered the presentation of accident group insurance policies to the college’s personnel, including senior executives, faculty, and operational staff, as well as international students from various programs, totaling 475 individuals. The university-appointed committee has selected DEVES Insurance Company as the contractual partner.

- Insurance Period: 1 year (01 October 2023- 01 October 2024) - Coverage: death, loss of organs, loss of sight, or permanent disability, including medical treatment resulting from accidents not specified as exceptions in the insurance policy, covering 24 hours worldwide, as detailed in the coverage terms: Coverage Agreement and Insurance Amount (in Thai Baht) per person. 1. Benefits for Death, Loss of Organs, or Loss of Sight or Permanent Disability (Clause 1) Resulting from 1.1 General Accidents 100,000 THB. 1.2 Homicide or Assault 100,000 THB. 1.3 Accidents While Driving or Riding a Motorcycle (Clause 3.1) 100,000 THB. 1.4 Strikes, Riots, Public Disturbances, Uprisings, or Acts Against the Government 100,000 THB. 2. Public Accident Benefit (Additional Compensation from Clause 1.1) 100,000 THB. 3. Medical Treatment Benefit for Each Accident, not exceeding 10,000 THB, (including accidents while driving or riding a motorcycle, strikes, riots, public disturbances, uprisings, or acts against the government).



Therefore, IBSC is conscious of the importance of the personnel dedicated the working to develop the college through EdPEx200, as well as all Thai and international students who have chosen to study at the college. This insurance is necessary to provide risk coverage for their journeys to and from working and studying, as well as visits to temples and homes.
