IBSC #EdPEx 300 Workshop.

International Buddhist Studies College organized the Excellence Together: Driving for EdPEx 300 preparatory workshop
- led by Phra Medhivajarapundit, Prof., Dr., Director of IBSC, and
- Assoc. Prof., Dr. Koenig Srithong, Vice-Director for Plan and Policy of IBSC,
- Dr. Sakchai Sakabucha, Vice-Director for Administration of IBSC, along with faculty members from outside, personnel, and students of IBSC participated in this workshop.
The workshop featured lectures by:
- Mr. Paul Grizzell, A global management expert and consultant, President of Core Values Partners, Inc., USA, on the keynote speech “Excellence Together: Driving for TQC Plus Societal Contributions”
- Mr. Voravuth Chengsupanimit, National Committee of Thailand Quality Award
International Buddhist studies College Enhances Faculty Competence to Improve Educational Quality to Meet Global Societal Needs.
Therefore, The International Buddhist Studies College (IBSC), Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University is elevating its organizational management using EdPEx: Education Criteria for Performance Excellence and TQA: #Thailand Quality Award. These tools aim to enhance the organizational and personnel management capabilities towards excellence,in addition the college invited Mr. Paul Grizzell, an expert in using organizational management tools for excellence based and operations on the Malcolm Baldrige framework, to manage business, healthcare, education, and non-profit organizations effectively.
The college aims to adapt these tools to fit the context and nature of the institution, enabling faculty to gain knowledge, attitudes, and skills in managing across six dimensions: leadership, strategy, student voice, measurement and evaluation, personnel, and management outcomes.
Herein IBSC was evaluated under #EdPEx200, 10th edition, by the Ministry of Higher Education in 2022 and is now improving its management to achieve EdPEx300 by 2024.
This aims to meet needs and adjust organizational management directions to align with the changing community and societal contexts.
