Dr. Nadnapang Phophichit, Director of the Master of Arts in Peace Studies Program (International Program) at the International Buddhist Studies College (IBSC), MCU, Thailand.  was invited to deliver a special lecture on "Emotions in Theravada Buddhist Perspectives," followed by a Vipassana Meditation Practice Workshop at the Dharma Gate Buddhist College (DGBC) in Budapest, Hungary  on May 27, 2024.

Dr. Nadnapang 's visit marks a significant milestone in fostering international academic collaboration and promoting the exchange of Buddhist knowledge and practices.

Her lecture provided profound insights into how emotions are understood and managed within the framework of Theravada Buddhism, offering valuable perspectives to students, alumni, and the wider community of Western Buddhist practitioners.

In addition to her lecture, Dr. Nadnapang led a comprehensive Vipassana Meditation Practice Workshop, giving participants practical tools to enhance their mindfulness and emotional well-being.
