Today, we received kindness from Most Venerable Phramaha RomChat to be Vipassana Master who demonstrated and explained the practice of meditation according to the Plum Village tradition, which includes:
• Sitting meditation with the sound of the bell, helping us be mindful and present for maximum happiness.
• Walking meditation, a simple practice focusing on the sensations of each step, accompanied by awareness of our breath.
• Eating meditation, a practice of consuming food in noble silence, reflecting on the interconnectedness of all things and expressing gratitude for the factors allowing us to have food.
• Singing meditation, a time to experience openness through communal singing, regardless of age, enabling everyone to feel the same sense of liberation.
